For two consecutive years, in 2025 and 2026, Toyota Tsusho Vietnam organized the “Growing Up with Toyota Tsusho DNA” Summer Program for employees’ children.
One of the unique features of the program is its age-appropriate design, ensuring that every child can learn and grow through activities suited to their developmental stage.
Building on the success of the previous year, the 2026 Summer Program was organized continuously under the theme “Growing Up with Toyota Tsusho DNA – Beyond AI.”
As artificial intelligence continues to transform the way people learn, work, and communicate, the program encouraged children to explore technology from a positive perspective while understanding that human values remain the key differentiator.
For participants aged 11–13, the activities included:
Younger children enjoyed coloring and free-drawing activities, expressing their imagination in their own creative ways.
As a result of the program, the children learned that technology is a tool that empowers people. What truly sets us apart is not AI, but our ability to think critically, create, communicate, and work together. When we use technology wisely and responsibly, we do not just use AI—we grow beyond AI and unlock greater possibilities.
Throughout both years, the program was not intended as a traditional classroom experience. Instead, it provided opportunities for children to experience Toyota Tsusho DNA through hands-on activities and meaningful interactions.
Values such as integrity, caring for others, fact-checking before making decisions, and pursuing ambitious dreams were naturally integrated into every activity.
The Summer Program for employees’ children reflects Toyota Tsusho Vietnam’s commitment to supporting employee families and contributing to the development of the next generation.
Through a diverse range of activities, the children not only created memorable summer experiences but also developed positive values and life skills that will help them become confident, responsible citizens ready to create value for the community in the future.
