For two consecutive years, in 2025 and 2026, Toyota Tsusho Vietnam organized the “Growing Up with Toyota Tsusho DNA” Summer Program for employees’ children.
One of the unique features of the program is its age-appropriate design, ensuring that every child can learn and grow through activities suited to their developmental stage.
With the participation of 59 children from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the 2025 program focused on introducing Toyota Tsusho DNA through engaging and interactive activities.
Children under six years old explored the values of caring and empathy through emotion cards and creative drawing activities inspired by Toyota Tsusho DNA.
For children aged 6–14, a variety of games and case studies encouraged them to practice:
The children also created their own Dream Maps, giving them an opportunity to reflect on their aspirations and future goals.
For participants aged 15 and above, the movie Leaders and the discussion session that followed inspired them to think more deeply about their future ambitions—not only personal success, but also how they might contribute to Vietnam’s growth and development. The session reminded them that they are the generation that will help shape the future of the country.
